Refund Policy

Refund Policy as of 7/21/20

1) No refunds for winter indoor seasons.

2) (Outdoor) If a refund is requested, a player is only eligible to a 50% refund if a maximum of 2 classes were attended. NO refund after attending 3 classes.

3) (Outdoor) if refund is requested, due to schedule change. re-locating , etc., before season has begun, there will be a $20.00 processing fee.

4) If classes are cancelled due to Covid-19, the registration will be moved to a later season.

5) If classes are cancelled due to Covid-19 and parents opt for a refund, there will be a 50% processing fee.

6) Any student that becomes sick or injured during the season, and cannot attend the rest of the season, Little Legends will credit the remaining sessions and apply it to an outdoor season, for up to a year

7) No refunds, if you find your schedule has changed and your child cannot attend the rest of the season, any remaining sessions will be credited (in the form of attending extra sessions) and applied to an outdoor season, for up to a year.

8) Little Legends must be notified within/during the season that your child is not able to attend or finish the season, we will credit the remaining sessions (in the form of attending extra sessions), up to a year.

9) No refunds if your child can't attend a few sessions. LL allows makeup sessions. Sessions can be made up on another day, time, and even location if that happens to work best. Please call the office at: 224-500-5729 to make arrangements.

10) Pro-rated fees are for mid-season or late signups and must be determined before registration.

11) LLSA does not pro-rate for Spring/Fall Premier Leagues or Summer Champions League. If the first game or clinic is missed because of late signup, a clinic makeup can be done. 

12) NO refunds for LEAGUE games.
